The Granary is situated at Yeate Farm, Bodinnick-by-Fowey, which borders the Fowey Estuary, with boatyard and slipway nearby. It is within minutes of the beautiful South Cornwall coast and is an ideal centre for the tourist. A footpath nearby leads to the Old Ferry Inn at Bodinnick, and from there a car and foot ferry provides a regular service to the town of Fowey.

Easily reached by car are the fishing ports of Looe and Polperro, with miles of beautiful coastal scenery, quiet beaches and Cornish country lanes. The Granary is an ideal base for visiting the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan.

The Granary provides accommodation for up to 6 in 3 bedrooms. Further accommodation is avaialble in two static caravans sited in an orchard, with views across the Fowey river.
