Directions
From the M5 southbound at Exeter continue on to the A38 via Plymouth and the Tamar Bridge to Liskeard. Stay on the A38 Liskeard Bypass through the village of Dobwalls, then fork left on to the A390 to Lostwithiel and St Austell. Pass through the village of East Taphouse and take the left turn B3359 to Pelynt, Polperro and Looe. After 5 mile take the right turn signposted Bodinnick and Fowey via Ferry.

Yeate Farm (signposted) is on the right as the village of Bodinnick is approached.

From Fowey take the car ferry to Bodinnick. Turn left from the slipway and Yeate Farm is on the left at the top of the hill.
